My sales rep, Jude, is awesome and always goes above and beyond the call to get me just the right product for my needs. I am so happy with our custom trays from CMS. We were able to tailor them so they include just what we need with no wasted items, and no paying for items that we don't use. The items included in the trays are quality products. Customer service is wonderful (especially Mary P.) and we get our orders quickly. Other companies have tried to get me to switch to their trays, but I won't consider it. I am happy with these products and the ease of dealing with CMS.
